Healing Day 14: Taking Care of Your Spirit and Realizing the Power of Prayers
You are truly not alone.
Are you a believer of God?
I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us. I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right. It’s just that the translations have gone wrong. ~John Lennon
I don’t mean to stick to one religion by this question. If this question is bothersome to you, you don’t have to keep reading. However, this is the aspect many will disregard in their lives and can become a source of misery.
I respect all religions as they have one goal: guarding your spirit. And all form communities and focus on one thing: love — the purest intent of religions, in my humble opinion. Deep connection exists here with Healing Day 13.
Healing is finding the balance of mind, body, and spirit. Many self-improvement books focus on mind as it is the source of our thoughts and actions. While mind is important, the body and spirit are equally important as deep connections among all three exist. If you haven’t been thinking of the spirit in your life, your life can become out of balance.
